Returns and Exchanges

If you don't absolutely love your purchase, I'm happy to exchange your jewelry. Unworn, unused items (non-custom) may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt. I include multiple pictures and measurements so that you can have a clear idea of the scale, proportion, and color of each item. For that reason, I cannot accept returns because of scale, weight, or proportion. Please read the description of each item carefully and understand that some photographs are taken with a high-power lens in order to show detail. If you have any questions, please email me and I will get back to you promptly. Custom items are not eligible for return.

My jewelry is hand-crafted one piece at a time. Slight variations are common and not considered design flaws.

Please contact me via email before making any returns so that my return shipping instructions can be provided. Only returns with prior approval will be accepted. Items returned to me without prior approval will be refused and marked return to sender.
