Please contact me if you have any issues with your order. If you have been kind enough to purchase something made by my two hands, then I want every last detail of your experience to be perfect. I am easy to work with and guarantee your item will arrive safely in your hands and exactly as you expected.
My jewelry is hand-crafted one piece at a time. Slight variations are common and not considered design flaws.

Unworn, unused items (non-custom) may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Please read the description of each item carefully and understand that some photographs are taken with a high-power lens in order to show detail. If you have any questions, please email me and I will get back to you promptly.

Please contact me via email before making any returns so that my return shipping instructions can be provided. Only returns with prior approval will be accepted. Items returned to me without prior approval will be refused and marked return to sender.
